Speak It to Change It

A civic challenge for girls who want to lead powerful conversations in their schools, streets, churches, markets — anywhere girls gather.

What Is the Challenge?

"Speak It to Change It" is a simple but powerful civic challenge designed to help girls like you spark meaningful conversations in your community. Whether you’re gathering in your school, your street, your church, or your local market — this challenge gives you the confidence and tools to talk about issues that matter.

All you need is 3–5 friends, a quiet spot, and 30–60 minutes. We’ll provide the simple discussion guide. You’ll bring your ideas, voice, and leadership.

  • ⭐ Practice speaking up in a safe and supportive way
  • ⭐ Learn how to lead discussions and listen to others
  • ⭐ Share real issues and solutions from your own community
  • ⭐ Contribute to a national youth report that reaches decision-makers
  • ⭐ Help create a Nigeria where every girl’s voice is heard
