iTakeActions is designed for young girls aged 12–35 who are interested in civic engagement and community impact. By registering, you confirm that your date of birth falls within this range. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this criterion.

3. User Responsibilities

As a registered user of iTakeActions, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform Responsibly: All content, discussions, and reports must adhere to our guidelines for respectful and constructive communication.
  • Report Truthfully: When using the platform to report issues, please provide accurate and honest information about community concerns.
  • Respect Community Standards: Our forums and community spaces are moderated to create a safe and supportive environment. Users are expected to be respectful, avoid offensive language, and refrain from discriminatory or harmful behavior.
  • Protect Your Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and must notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or defame others.
  • Share personal, sensitive, or confidential information of others without their consent.
  • Engage in any unlawful activities, including promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • Post or upload any content that is false, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

iTakeActions offers a rewards system for participation in activities, reporting issues, completing learning modules, and engaging in monthly challenges. Rewards may include vouchers, points, and badges:

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and may have specific terms attached.
  • GAF reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any reward offerings at any time.

8. Educational Content

The Learning Hub provides advocacy courses, resources, and activities. While the information is intended to educate and empower, it does not constitute professional advice. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and consult with community leaders when appropriate.

9. Limitations of Liability

iTakeActions and GAF are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from user-generated content or actions taken on the platform. GAF provides iTakeActions on an “as-is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

GAF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions, community guidelines, or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to take down any content that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of our standards.
